So, after a day of ff.net's bizarre looniness with the servers (wouldn't let me update and post, the darn thing) I've finally managed to post up chapter 8 of If It Was You!  Access it here, homies.

I know, I know, I should stop spoiling youse.  But let's just say that one day I'm going to stop all of this -- updating, making up new nonsense to post up -- and you can say that I compensated for it long before it happened.  Anyway, onto the goods: Everybody Wants to Rule the World.  That's my new one-shot.  Extremely long -- around 11,000 something words, several hundred more, I reckon.  And there's a twist in the end -- wanna know it?  It has no plot whatsoever!  But I don't mean to belittle my new fic at all, because I love my new fic, it has so much personal value to me.  Seriously.

Now the hit is that some of you guys might read it and go, "What?"  I don't think it's really meant to be understood (or liked) wholly by the masses, but it was just me thinking that at one time or another everybody has gone through it.  It's right along the lines of Nothing is Symmetrical... perhaps a little more poignant, even.  Personally, I love what Draco and Hermione say in this one.  And writing it... it didn't feel like I was writing fanfiction at all.  And to be honest, I don't consider this fanfiction.  Because it isn't fiction at all.  Everything they say and everything they think and everything they go through -- somebody has actually gone through that.  And that ain't fiction, honey.

I also want to say something (Holler, more like) about a recent friend of mine, also an avid reader of what I write, Zoe.  She was a really big help with writing this fic.  She also knows how to write the best freaky stalker messages!  *laughs*  I jest, I jest.  But she's taught me a lot about my fics, go figure, even things I didn't even know -- and I wrote them!  So kudos to that golden girl.

Hello wonderful people!  attica here with an update for one of my more recent fics, Saints and Slytherins.  You can access said update here. Was a very interesting chapter to write, so I hope you enjoy it and review.  Still working hard on Holy Names, If It Was You (just waiting for my beta for those four chapters), and a new one-shot that I'm working on that may or may not be the sequel to Nothing is Symmetrical.  I don't know.  I was thinking about it.

Bonjour lovelies, here I am, once again, with a brand new update that is sure to make all of you very happy.  The Sixth chapter of If It Was You was just posted about five minutes ago, which you can access here.  I happen to like this chapter very much, as Hermione goes very unHermione and gets a little tipsy (though, sorry to say, I omitted the whole vomit part because I thought it was too reminiscent of the other Hermione-gets-drunk fics), has a shouting match with Draco, and faints.  Oh, and she gets a little jealous, too.

Funny thing, actually, because I write bits of pieces of If It Was You's future chapters sometimes.  Today I stumbled upon something very extraordinary that I think you all are going to hate me (for like, a week or two) for.  What's this about Draco dying at the end?  WHAT?!  *cackles*  Wait and see, my pretties...

Hey folks, attica here with a spankin' new one-shot.  I know I'm really spoiling you guys... just taking advantage of the holiday and milking my muses for what they're worth.  So!  New One-shot, over at Coloured Grey Fanfic Archives by the name of Parallelograms.  A very dark fic, and also a warning: not for the skittish or the, er, young in mind.  Adult content and theme, considering it deals with death and all, and well, you know the rest.  Rated R.  So, if you're not very comfortable with that, feel free to skip this one. 

A twist in the end!  I think it's pretty spectacular, actually.  It's also probably the shortest of my one-shots.  The summary is merely: Sometimes one must sacrifice in order to do what is right.  It's post-war and it deals with the aftermath and whatnot, the What-Ifs, and it's sort of confusing but in the end you should see what's real and what's not.

All right, not necessarily a New Story, but new on ff.net.  As you know, I posted a fic called Saints and Slytherins on Coloured Grey not too long ago... well, I was going to wait until it had at least four chapters to it to post it on ff.net, but then I thought, why wait?  I mean, I'd get into that whole 'You don't know what tomorrow will bring' nonsense (which is actually quite true), but I reckon you chickadees already know.  Anyhow!  New story from attica (on ff.net) called Saints and Slytherins, which you can access here. 

It has a bit I forgot to include in the CG version, the Prologue, which is also a neat, somewhat lame little poem that I did for it.  I just thought, what the hey, just put it in there.  I couldn't remember any other fic having a little poem in the beginning... so there it is.  Read and let me know.

After five long months I have finally mustered it within my lazy self to get off my bum and update CHAPTER SEVEN of Holy Names!  I think that deserves some celebration.  So, apologies to those who had to wait for such a long time, especially BloodJewel, who bothered to remind me about the fic's present existence -- thanks.    I never forgot, but it was nice to know that people out there haven't forgotten either.  So there it is, click away and read, it's quite a lengthy one.  Though, no snogging yet, sorry to say.  But expect to hear about quite a load of updates from me this week... I have the second chapter of Saints and Slytherins coming up and a new gritty one-shot called Parallelograms that isn't as elementary friendly as my other ones.
